He is a little bit more shy than his brother Parker, but getting more and more confident each day. He has a mix of brindle and brown markings.

The mother, Goldilox, was roaming the streets of Pyrgos heavily pregnant and was brought to Hector’s House. She gave birth to three pups on October 10. This is Muffin, one of the pups who is now old enough for adoption. One of the sisters was adopted, Muffin is still looking of a home. She is social and good with people, dogs and cats.

One of the Olive Grove pups. Together with her two sisters and one brother, she was found in an Olive Grove just one day old, left there to die. She was bottle raised with her sisters in the house of one of our volunteers.

This dog was found wandering in the fields around the shelter, trying to come in. He was very skinny, so we took him in and he is with us now. An owner could not be found, He is a very gentle boy, loves people and cuddles.

Sebastian was found together with Belle on the road between Istron and Vathi. They were shy at the beginning, but thanks to the work of volunteers they are blossoming now and are both very sweet.

Mabel was found wandering around by one of our volunteers. She was pregnant and has been neutered in the meantime. She is very friendly with people and loves playing with other dogs.

JoJo was found running around a very busy intersection in our local city. He is a very friendly boy and shouts until he gets attention from our volunteers He was probably once owned by a shepherd as his ears have been cut. This is not a problem for him but helps to make him look like a cute teddy bear.

Chuck and his 2 brothers were abandoned on a local river bed where a friend found them and took them home whilst we tried to find homes for them. Unfortunately this didn’t happen, they became too large to stay in the garden so came to HH where they have been ever since. Chuck is a really affectionate boy, not at all shy, a very confident boy.

After treatment, his health is very good now. Nelson is a lovely and very social small dog who is very sweet with humans, dogs and cats.
Beth was abandoned with her sister near a local beach when they were 8 week old puppies. She was brought to the shelter and today is still there. Beth is a very shy girl, needing her time to get to know someone. She might not always get along with other animals.
Clyde and his siblings were born to a stray girl living on the streets. The people that found them kept the mum and we took the pups. Clyde is a lovely boy, a bit shy at first but very affectionate when he knows you. He loves water and just loves to paddle in a paddling pool.
Johnny and his siblings were born to a stray girl living on the streets. The people that found them kept the mum and we took the pups. Johnny is a very sweet boy. Can be a little shy at first bu is so loving and cuddly once he knows you. He is OK with other dogs too.

She was dumped outside the gates of the refuge and it took three days to catch her. she changed a lot and even participated to the sponsor walk. She is very affectionate and will be a very loving and loyal companion. Lap snuggles are her favourite.

She was found near the house of one of the volunteers, but no owner could be found, so she was taken to Hector’s House. She has clearly lived in a house, is social and playful, goes well along with people, other dogs and cats.
